How to cancel your Neiro subscription

You can cancel yourself in under a minute, or email us and we will do it for you. No phone call, no retention queue.

You will be asked for the email address you subscribed with.

Subscribed on an iPhone or iPad (App Store)

Subscriptions bought inside a mobile app are billed by Apple, and only Apple can stop them — we have no way to cancel those from our side.

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
  3. Tap the subscription you want to stop.
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

Subscribed on Android (Google Play)

  1. Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
  2. Tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  3. Tap the subscription you want to stop.
  4. Tap Cancel subscription and confirm.

Ask Neiro support to do it

If none of the above works, email us. We can cancel any subscription billed directly by Neiro — an App Store or Google Play subscription has to be stopped in the store, but write to us anyway and we will help you find it. Please do that before contacting your bank: we can sort out a wrong charge directly, and it is faster than a dispute.

Frequently asked questions

Will I be charged again after I cancel?

No. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You are not charged again once the cancellation is confirmed.

Do I keep access until the end of the period I paid for?

Yes. Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and simply does not renew after that.

I do not remember which email I used.

Check your inbox for a receipt or welcome message from Neiro, and try any address you may have paid with. If none of them work, email contact@neiro.ai from an address you can access and include the last four digits of the card and the approximate date of the charge.

I cancelled but I was charged anyway.

Email contact@neiro.ai with the date and amount of the charge. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — we can refund an incorrect charge directly, and that is faster than a chargeback.

I subscribed inside a mobile app. Can Neiro cancel it?
